Frequently Asked Questions from the QHA Training Department

Q. My RSA/RSG Statement of Attainment is from another state of Australia. Can I use it in Queensland?
A. Yes, the Statements of Attainments are valid all across Queensland.

Q Do Statement of Attainments Expire?
A. No, they have no expiry date.

Q. I am having trouble logging into my course. What do I do?
A. You will need an internet browser which can be either:
- Goggle Chrome 27.1.144.1 or above (preferred browser)
- Mozilla Firefox 3.5.6 or above

Q. I can’t open my certificate. What do I do?
A. You will need to download either:
Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 or above
Foxit Reader 3.0 or above

Q. The videos won’t play. What do I do?
A. Download Windows Media Player 11 or above
AND
Java 6 or above.

Q. I cannot log into or open my course. What do I do?
A. You will need the following information on your internet settings:
Pop-up blocker enabled
Cookies enabled
Security level may need to be amended dependant on user settings

Q. I have forgotten my Username or Password. What do I do?
A. Call the QHA training department on 32216999 and we can re-set it for you.

Q. How do I generate my certificate?
A. Once you have completed the course, press Control + P, and that will print your certificate. If you are still having difficulties, call the QHA training department on 32216999 and we can email it you.

Q. I have been locked out of my course. What do I do?
A. Have you logged in to the right website? You need to go to the QHA TRAINING website at qhatraining.org.au

Q. How do I unsubscribe from a course?
A. Call the QHA training department on 32216999 and we can fix it for you.

Q. I cannot save my work. What do I do?
A. You should be completing your online course either on a laptop or desktop computer. Any Apple products (Apple Mac or IPAD) generally don’t ‘talk’ to each other and you may experience difficulties with your training.

Q. Why can’t I log back into my course?
A. Make sure your username and password is correct, make sure you are on the QHA TRAINING website, and NOT the QHA website, and if all else fails, turn off your computer and re-boot it. If you are still having problems, call us on 32216999 and we can fix it for you.
