Customer Liaison Officer Training

Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) Training is an industry short course that assists venues and gaming staff to meet their legislative requirements when working in a gambling venue in Queensland. This course equips CLOs and gaming staff with a practical understanding of their legal responsibilities and the correct procedures to follow regarding gambling exclusions.

  • Why do people gamble?
  • Why does a problem develop?
  • Role of the CLO
  • Self-exclusion & revocation
  • Venue-initiated exclusion & revocation
  • Practical scenarios 
  • OLGR required paperwork
  • Document/record keeping

Cost:  Standard Price: $90 and QHA Members Price: $70

Venue: The CLO training is a 3 hour face to face training course, which is available in Brisbane.

The QHA can also conduct in-house CLO training
