South East Queensland local government councils have changed from High Level Water Restrictions to Permanent Water Conservation Measures on 1 December 2009 in all SEQ areas, including Brisbane City, Gold Coast City, Ipswich City, Lockyer Valley Regional Council, Logan City, Moreton Bay Regional Council, Somerset Regional Council, Sunshine Coast Regional Council, Scenic Rim Regional Council and Redland City Council.
