Food Safety

The Food Act 2006 and the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (www.foodstandards.gov.au) provides the regulatory structure for food safety control in Queensland. The provisions of the Act are facilitated and enforced by local government agencies.

The Queensland Hotels Association delivers a Food Safety – HACCP and an Online Food Safety Supervisor course for its members at competitive rates (see the Training Centre or the QHA Shop Online).
