Work Relations System

Since the introduction of the Federal workplace relations system in March 2006, the ER Department has offered comprehensive training sessions which provide an excellent opportunity for hotel and resort operators and their staff to understand the changes, challenges and compliance requirements of the new legislation. 

The sessions provide up to date information, including any important amendments and also provide attendees the opportunity to ask specific questions in relation to the impact of Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) on their workplace.
