Discrimination & Harassment

This three hour course is designed to inform participants of the legislative requirements for employers and employees under the Queensland & Federal Human Rights Legislation.  Ideally suited to in-house training, the session includes a variety of topics and presentation techniques with particular emphasis on:

• Learning proactive employer approaches to issues.

• Developing or refining company policies.

• Informative group activities / exercises.

• Reviewing past decisions and case studies.

Each participant receives a course workbook / manual, support material and a QHA certificate of attendance upon completion.
