Queensland Liquor Licensing Division approved Online RSA training is now available

Southbank Institute has been licensed to deliver the Queensland Liquor Licensing Division Approved (LLD) ONLINE Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training under a pilot program.

QHA is pleased to announce that we have partnered with Southbank Institute to offer a discount for QHA members to register staff for online training at only $80 per person, for both members and non-members.  

The online training is Nationally Accredited RSA Training that is also endorsed and approved by LLD.

The delivery of RSA online allows flexibility for all Queensland hotels to ensure staff are aware of their obligations and responsibilities, minimise risks to the licence and patrons, implement best practice for serving alcohol and ensuring patron safety. 

Additionally, the latest reforms proposed for the Liquor Act will see approved RSA training become mandatory for all liquor service staff throughout Queensland. The online training will offer particular benefits for staff in rural and remote areas and for students and other personnel who do not have the time to attend a face-to-face course.

QHA will continue to provide our approved face-to-face RSA training. This will ensure that people who prefer a more personal training experience are catered for.

Each trainee that successfully completes the course will get an accredited training certificate.

Usernames and Passwords are issued Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8:30am & 5:00pm
